At TileTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of professional-grade equipment and supplies. If your tools don't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your TileTools account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused tools and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to prevent damage during transit and avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger machinery and heavy tile cutters.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
